“Today I phoned the medical centre in tears and panicking about medical records from a previous doctor and the women at the centre were absolutely incredible. First – they were able to calm down a panicked, overwhelmed, first time mom so that in itself deserves an award! Then, they went above and beyond to help me solve my issue. They made phone calls on my behalf to expedite things and gave me clear written instructions that I can follow to pursue my next steps. I was there with my son and everyone was compassionate with him while he got his vaccines which means a lot to me. The centre was clean and organized and although I have not used it there is a pharmacy on site. Thank you especially to the front desk team and the Nurse. I wish I remembered their names but I was so frantic today that they slipped my mind. It’s nice knowing they are willing to help even when it’s slightly outside of their scope (all the issues I have are from before they were my doctor but they still work with me to solve them).”
